Dan11233 Posted February 18, 2017 Share Posted February 18, 2017 My ProMedia 2.1s (non-Bluetooth model) just arrived less than a week ago. I recall them working well at first, but today I noticed no sound was coming out of one of the speakers. Seems to be an issue with the left speaker connection on the back of the subwoofer and not the speakers themselves. Whatever speaker is connected to the left side doesn't work. But when connected to the right hookup, they both sound fine. Any ideas for troubleshooting? Or do I need to send them back? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
