Crasna
HI, I am a new discoverer of Klipsch speakers and I love de design and I hope the sound. I have the Yamaha RX-A870 A/V receiver, and I am considering buying two Klipsch floor speakers, and a central one. The receiver specs are: 100 W per channel (8 ohms, 20 Hz-20 kHz, 0.06% THD, 2-ch driven) 160 W per channel (4 ohms, 1 kHz, 0.9% THD, 1-ch driven) 160 W per channel (8 ohms, 1 kHz, 10% THD, 1-ch driven) I have the doubt to buy RP-260F or R-26F, or perhaps RP-280F or R-28F. Can you recommend which of them would be better with the Yamaha RX-A870 A/V receiver? For the central one I'll buy RP-250C or RP-440C. Yours sincerely. willland
Crasna, Welcome to the forum. I $$$ allows, get the RP-260F over R-26F or RP-280F over R--28F. Better built, better parts, better sounding from what I have read. Get the largest center speaker in the RP line that you can afford.
