rowooo
A friend of mine brought over a receiver for me to look at saying he couldn't get the thing to do anything. I opened it up and found that the main fuse was blown. It's a 6.3 amp which I have found to be somewhat rare. If I can't get ahold of one with, Is there any possibility of using a 7 without screwing anything up? Thanks.......
lynnm
You would be safer going with a slightly lower value than going with a fuse rated higher than specified by the manufacturer. The question of course is what caused the fuse to blow in the first place.
rowooo
Replaced fuse with a 6 amp and the display and everything works now, however I get no sound out of any of the channels, nothing at all. What could be the problem? Thanks for any information
