mprowland
Just as the title states, I'm looking to mod my current RF-7ii to match the sound characteristics of the original RF-7i. I think I'm definitely in the minority, but I like the brighter more forward sound of the RF-7i. Can this be done by modifying the crossover or does this have more to do with the driver material? Thanks for any input... Mark
MEH Synergy
I'll jump in with you and state to me, in my room, I was pleasantly surprised in a bad way by the rf7 II. They sounded terrible in comparison to the rf7 I to me. If you don't like them, sell them and buy the rf7 instead. You'll put a good amount of money back in your pocket
mprowland
If there isn't a crossover mod to make the RF-7ii sound more like a a RF-7/RF-3.......is there another speaker in the Klipsch lineup that most resembles the sound of the RF-7....or is the RF-7ii the closest one? Thanks again!
