I really want to experience THX certified 6.1 and 7.1 sound, and Advanced EAX. I already email Klipsch about this, and the reply was "sorry, no plans". Sean_RESG Posted October 18, 2002 Share Posted October 18, 2002 You're asking for alot of things there.. 6.1, 7.1 and Advanced EAX. Well pick up the Audigy 2 it has two of them. 6.1 and EAX. The 7.1 is only available on the GTXP and some pro level cards, kiss your EAX good bye there. No support for the superior EAX Advanced HD in sight. If you want 6.1 really bad you could take a 5.1 and add a 2.1. Make yourself a 6.1. You need a Y-Splitter and a bit of imagination to get it to work with the Audigy 2 though.
