New to HT - Need advice

I'm new when it comes to home theater. I looked around and found that klipsch speakers are recommended.

My home theater room is 14 feet by 14 feet and ceiling about 8 feet.

I'm thinking about a 5.1.2 setup with dolby atmos.Budget is around $3000.

Any advice?
