DTune1981 Posted December 5, 2000 Share Posted December 5, 2000 Can anyone please advise me on if it would be an improvement to put a slab of granite under my KSW-12? It is sitting on 3/4" carpet with 5/8" of padding now.I have access to stone, and cutting.I thought I would try a 2" thick piece about 4" bigger on all sides. Any thoughts would be appreciated. On the other hand, based on general laws of physics, putting a big piece of rock under the woofer is not going to do anything. Save your money for more CD's.
