Threaded Holes in bottom of RP-600C

I just unboxed a brand new (and sealed) RP-600C and there are 2 threaded holes in the bottom. I understand what they're for (replacing a 1996 Klipsch KV-3 Oak Center Channel with a tilt adjustment), but the back hole is not threaded and appears to have a Phillips screw in it. The front hole accepts the screw elevation "foot" but the back one does not.

Anyone else experience this? Suggestions?

Thanks!
