1. Location: Golden, CO - local pickup available, although I am up in the range a bit and not actually Golden
2. Shipping: is for CONUS and not available outside of that
   1. S&H Reference: For the lot, I checked FedEx/UPS and for 20lbs from CO to St. Louis (23"x27"x12") is $75
