RP600m with R120sw (subwoofer) + bluesound node: which amp to choose?

Hello everybody,

I'm new to this forum, so thank you all in advance for your time and answers.

My 2.1 setup:

  1. pair of RP600M
  2. Subwoofer R120sw
  3. Bluesound Node streamer (I stream tidal)

I have to amps:

  1. Onkyo HT R558 (Power Output: 100W into 6Ω (stereo)100W (fr), 100W (cen), 100W (sur) Class AB (price new €200)
  2. Apart Champ 4 (RMS output power bridged 8 Ohms: 2 x 130W) class AB (price new € 900)

Currently I'm using the Onkyo because of the Subwoofer pre-out and possibility to adjust cross over

Sound is ok.

Recently I've bought the Bluesound Node Streamer, which has a sub out (currently not using, using the onkyo's), connected via digital (spdif).

Is the Apart Champ 4 (only analog rca inputs and no sub out) in combination with the bluesound node (using his rca out and sub out) the better option, because of the extra power?

Also, what cross-over configurations for the sub would be adviseable?
