T5 Earbuds help needed

Hi. I got the T5 Ear Buds but haven't been able to use it in awhile because can't get one to work. One seems fines and connects but the other no matter what I do flashes blue, like really fast...not regular blinking. Try resetting it by holding for 4 seconds, 10 seconds, nothing...still goes back to crazy flashing. If I leave it like that after a minute both just start blinking regular but still nothing after that, please help.

Update: The one always blinks but when I let it sit and blinks normal can pair that one seperately then the other won't and showing up at two different devices on my phone. It's as if they are their own units. Can get the fast blinking one to work, then the other wont and vice versa. And seems no matter what I do with the blinking one, even if get that on going if i put it back in case or unpair etc, always goes back to the crazy fast blinking.
