Rudy81 Posted March 6, 2003 Author Share Posted March 6, 2003 Well, this is my leap into separates. I have been using a Marantz SR 7000. I guess you can say that so far I have not been too picky. I'm not an audiophile nor do I play one on TV, but I know good sound when I hear it. I am trying to decide if going with the 770 and 200 watts will provide improved peformance vs. the new 7100 and 100 watts. easylistener Posted March 6, 2003 Share Posted March 6, 2003 A lot of the amps that I would compare the outlaw to they don't make anymore. The closest one would be the Audire forte 250, the first true mono design about 15 years ago. Effortless power and sound, I haven't heard there preamps though.
