derik
OK, I can't figure out how to get audio from my dvd player using an optical cable (and a soundblaster audigy platinum 2), and when I use rca's, I get audio, but a loud buzzing noise in the background. However, I don't get this noise when using the rca's with my cd player and I can use the optical on the cd player. Does anybody know how to fix either of these problems? justin_tx_16
Don't really know what to tell you other than this. You need to get another source that has coaxial and optical digital outputs like a stand alone dvd player and see if you get this problem with that as well. if so then the problem is the DD-51, if not the problem is with the audigy. derik
What exactly do you mean by "stand alone" dvd player. I think mine is. Its a sony 5 disk, not in my computer.
