Dave in Nashville Posted April 21, 2003 Share Posted April 21, 2003 Just bought a pair of '79 HWO Hereseys for use as center and rear channel speakers. For the center front speaker, I know I need a bucking magnet for the k22 woofer. Because the K55 midrange has a metal cup enclosure, do I need a magnet for it as well? While waiting for a new woofer and two tweeter diaphrams to arrive, I'll be working on the enclosures. Thanks to all of you who shared your refinishing tips on this forum. It was enormously helpful.
