vpm
I am getting ready to order a Promedia 5.1 system with 1 SWS subwoofer. Since I want to install the SWS behind me, I will require 18+ feet of cable length to go from the SWS to where the Promedia Sub will be situated, and at least 15 feet of cable length from the SWS to my computer. What length of cables are supplied with the SWS? Will Klipsch provide longer cables at additional cost if requested? Will Klipsch provide the required engineering data to allow a customer to make their own custom cables? Since the Promedia 5.1 does not have an SWS link, I will need 6 custom length cables if the standard cable length is not generous enough. Moderators Amy Posted May 1, 2003 Moderators Share Posted May 1, 2003 It is actually highly recommended that you stack your subwoofers on top of one another. This will produce the best low freq. sound. You can get cables as long as you want, however.

calbee
what would be the best placement for 3 subwoofers? 1 pm5.1 and 2 sws? is it to stick 3 on top or 2 on the ground and 1 on top? and how about the phase switch. Is there a rule to what config u should use?
