Mark345216
Cats are nothing but worthless; I have always believed this. Most recently my sisters cat chewed through my Klipsch 4.1 rear speaker wires that run underneath my futon. However, only after hours of switching sound card drivers, waiting for my subwoofers to cool, and cursing at the high and low frequency static did I realize that the wires were ruined. The shielding is stripped from the wires and some of the strands are not connected. In lieu of soldering the wires I have decided to wrap the unraveled strands, clean them, and give the wires a couple coats of a polyurethane sealant. I know even if the fixed wires work perfectly I will still hear phantom static. I have been put on the waiting list for the Monster Cable Kit 4.1 but I am sure I do not want to spend the most likely $60. Does anyone know of some good replacement wires that will work well with the 4.1s? Thank You

darkpark
may I also suggest that you place a dish of anti-freeze in the vicinity of your speakers. *evil snicker*
MD1032
CATS ARE NOT USELESS!!!! How dare you take the name of cats in vain! Cats are very cute and make EXCELLENT pets, it's just that maybe you're too damn lazy to leave your door closed or put something in the way of the opening so the cat can't get in. Or....... put an electric fence up around those babies...... mwahahahahahahahaha
seebo
Hey, rabbits are equally evil! When you get your replacement cables, you might want to consider protecting exposed parts with rubber tubing.
