RS-3 speaker fell to the floor, has a dent in the wood

If you were fortunate the wires just became detached internally from the force of the fall. However, if you were not so fortunate the magnet could have become detached from the woofer or the crossover broke loose from the binding posts. Seeing as you are getting no sound at all I am thinking it is the latter. You will need some torx head screwdrivers or sockets to remove the woofer and look inside to see what happened and try and correct it. If they are new and still under warranty and you got them at a local dealer you can take them back there and they may swap it for a new one if the dealer is nice. If not they will do the same thing that you would do, take it apart and see what is wrong with it. Hope things work out for you. You may want to mount them more securely to avoid a reoccurrence.
