prodj101 Posted July 14, 2003 Share Posted July 14, 2003 well anyway in my 2.1 system I tried using the high pass output to my mcintosh amp instead of the full range, which allows the mains to go down only to 75 hz. I than upped the sub to 80 hz. this is still to low to be localized, and it seemed to really improve the imaging and clarity in the mid and upper range, plus it cleaned up some bass peak problems I had in my room.
