newlex
What does everyone think about these? I have SB-2's and quintets and sc-1 center. How do you think this would work with what i have? I am kind of new to Klipsch this is my first set of speakers....so far i love them. I have to get rid of this Bose non powered sub. Thanks
jzoz01
The KSW10 will match quite well with the speakers you have. If you have the funds, you may want to consider the 12, it's only about $100 more and has quite a bit more output and goes lower.

pinipig523
the ksw-10 does produce some credible bass but nothing that i expected from the looks of it alone. the ksw-10 is very hindered. by that i mean - if you turn it up to volumes which you might desire, you WILL get a lot of port noise, and not enough bass. at times, i feel that the ksw-10 struggles too much. also, i feel that it is at times, boomy and not tight. the ksw-12 will give you more headroom in terms of how far you can push it - it is a good bonafide sub, but it lacks the definition and tightness that you might like - especially when listening to music.
