dino
I have KSF 8.5 fronts with KG 3.5 rears driven by a Denon AVR-2500 in a 20'x20' room with high vaulted ceiling (Music/HT). Can't find a KSF-C5. Any thoughts on using the RC-3 or SC-1? I think I've found a KSP-C6 - would that be a better match? Thanks for your input.

dino
Keith - I emailed you the reason for not bidding on the C5: I had a bad 8.5 (tweeter) and wasn't sure how it would be resolved - now I'm pissed that I didn't take a risk and grab the C5. Never questioned KSP-3 purchase, in fact, when I had the tweeter problem I asked if you had anymore KSP's. Now I have 8.5's & 3.5's ($602 all-in), without a center ;-( No reply on the C6 I tracked down. So, any help on a center would be appreciated. Thanks. Quenten
I use the SC-1 with my KSF 8.5's and feel it's a good match, better than the RC-3 will be IMHO. Now if your interested in the new RF 7's (and who isn't), thats a different story! The KSF's are more of a synergy match.
Snoop
If I were you, I would get a used KV Series Centerand use the 3.5's as fronts and use the 8.5's in the rear. The KV Center Series is a great match for the KG 3.5's. ------------------ Snoop

Guest BobG
The C-6 is not a good match for 8.5's or 3.5's
T2K
BobG, Thank You. And another thing BobG.This is a question that you cannot answer incorrectly. In your opinion,is there any audible difference in sound in the Klipsch KSP-C6 and the Klipsch KSF-C5? Elaborate please! Thanks, Keith
