skim85
I have an early generation 4.1 system (about 3 years old). Recently, the din cable going into the back of the sub broke off, with all the pins falling out. I got all the pins out of the socket and then stripped the din cable to manually plug in the colored wires to the corresponding holes. I got some sort of buzzing sound from the satellites, and then when I tried again.. nothing. Everything looks intact inside the subwoofer and on the amp. After searching the forums I found that someone had an almost identical problem as me a while back. He had bought the CP-1 to no avail, so I don't think that buying a new din cable and control pod will solve the problem. Can someone lead me to a solution? Thank you.
