I recently bought all my new equiptment from a brick and mortar authorized dealer, because the warrantee and customer service are important to me. I paid him maybe $150 or $200 more on about $2000 of gear than I would have from a "rock bottom" internet dealer, but for that money I have the manufacturer's warrantee, and a great deal of convenience. My other option was to buy online from www.acousticsounddesign.com which has a good reputation, has been around for a long time, offers very good prices, and offers their own warantee equal to the manufacturer's.
