warnerwh
Trying to figure out how to integrate a Cary AE 3 into my home theater setup. Would it be best to use the amp outs of my Krell HTS into the Cary and output the Cary to my main amp. Or is it ok to connect both preamps to the one amp, I have two inputs, one is inverted. The last is somewhat unnerving as I don't know what happen if they both sent a signal to the amp at the same time. Going from one preamp to the next is really not ideal but I'd have control by remote and it should be safe. Lastly I could use the two spare channels of my 5 channel amp and just swap speaker cables when I watched a movie and connect the home theater preamp to it. This also seems like it could lead to a potential hazard if my speakers received signals from both amps but is quite unlikely as both speaker cables would have to be hooked up at the same time. Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks
