retlaW
I have a pair of KG 1.5's and a pair of 2.5's and I'ld like to mount them on my wall or from my ceiling. Does anyone know of a source for mounting bracket that can handle the weight, and utilize the 4 threaded holes in these speakers?
Mikekid
These are the ones I am using for my KG 1.5's. Very sturdy but expensive. I found a place on the net that sold them for half the retail price, but I can't remember where it was...I will look and if I find it, I will get back. http://www.omnimount.com/product.asp?p=53 Take care. Mike Edit: This place looks OK! http://www.racksandstands.com/asp/show_cat.asp?catid=34 These are the ones I am using for the KG 1.5's: http://www.sjgreatdeals.com/30-0-wb-ifk-b.html
retlaW
Thanks. The ones your are using look like the ticket. Do they use the existing threaded holes, or did you have to screw into the cabinets of the speakers? ---------------- On 9/4/2003 6:29:21 PM Mikekid wrote: These are the ones I am using for my KG 1.5's. Mikekid
They use the existing 4 pre-drilled (tapped) holes. Mike

tollboothwilly
Hi there, I've been a happy owner of the 2.5's since 1995. Since then they've been sitting on a pair of night tables. Upgrading now and will be moving these to the rear and need some stands! Can you point me somewhere that sells stands that accomodates the pre-drilled holes? TIA. leprechaun
I just upgraded my 2.5s to RB 75s. Had them for years - great speakers. I had them mounted on Omnimounts 75s (new series equivalent is the 30 series): http://www.omnimount.com/product.asp?p=53. They fit the 4 holes perfectly. Good Luck.
