Earshot
Well, after 3 years and 11 months my v.2-400 has finally stopped providing me with its wonderful sounds. I've tried plugging it into different electrical outlets, checked ALL wiring, but to no avail. Looks like I'll be upgrading much sooner than I had planned. Any creative suggestion on what I can do with a dead v.2-400?
MD1032
Send it to me and I'll strip it for parts. The satts can probably be sold on e-bay!

rol1
One of the Elliot Sound Products (ESP of Oz) has a project for a set of computer speakers. Maybe you can build the amps. http://sound.westhost.com/project73.htm
TheEAR
Well if you are satisfied with the sound(when they are alive)inquire how much an amp repair costs(Klipsch),if its within reason and your speakers are in great shape(besides the amp).It may be worthy of a repair. No there is no easy creative ways or magical potions to fix amps. Do not give to any vultures the 4.1's.In the worst case keep them as souvenirs of a good time
