dan2017
I am really up in the air about which speakers to get here. I have a smallish room with a Harmon Kardon AVR125 receiver. (55 watts x 2) My three choices are: Polk RTi-38 bookshelves Klipsch RB-35 or RB-25's Cambridge SoundWorks M80 bookshelves I am going to listen to music mainly (all types) and i plan on getting a nice denon cd player with HDCD decoding. WHICH ONES SHOULD I GET??!?!?!
Orange Peel
I would go with the Klipsch due to the fact that you are limited with the amount wattage you will be providing, not a bad amount or receiver, don't get me wrong, I owned one once. The Polk's require more power to acheive the same levels as the Klipsch do, Klipsch are very efficient and don't require a ton of power to acheive higher levels. And you are asking on a Klipsch board. Another thing is that HK and Klipsch go VERY well with each other, so you won't have to worry about a bad match or anything. That's my $.
