ok guys. im just curious about this issue. just an example.

if you have a stereo amp rated at atleast 120/wpc continous 4-8 ohms, then you have a 2 pairs of speakers so basically you have 4 speakers all of the same kind. lets say they are rated 75wrms 8 ohms.

ok how are you going to connect all of those speakers in a 2 channel amp?

is it:

for instance, first the 2 left speakers. hooking a speaker wire on the speakers binding post properly on the same phase. then the wire that will be hooked up on the amp should be +(1st left speaker) -(2nd left speaker) wire to a left channel postive clamp of the amp, then the -(1st left speaker) +(2nd left speaker) wire to a left channel negative clamp amp. same with the right speakers to the right channel. is the impedance still going to be the same at 8 ohms? or it will be 4 or 16 ohms? what about the sound quality? is it going to be still the same if volume is in mid?

if the connections is incorrect. then what is the proper connection?
