purdue2k2
Yes, another rookie question...... I am getting a slight, but noticeable flicker in my TV screen. At first I thought I only saw it when using my DVD player, but I have recently noticed this with my Dish Network satelite as well. I usually only notice this flicker when I pump up the volume for movies and such. Question: Would high quality S-Video cables reduce/eliminate this effect? I have read some articles about interference causing issues with cables, but what are some of your thoughts? No - my Sunfire is no where near the TV. It's a 32" Sony Trinitron with S-Video inputs only. I don't have component inputs.
dougdrake
Do the flickers correspond to bass thumps? If so, is it possible the sub is vibrating the CRT gun and causing "flicker" on the screen?
