creed Posted January 16, 2004 Share Posted January 16, 2004 i have a brand new PM4.1, but whenever i on the speaker, if i never play something, the speaker sometimes produce some buzzing sounds, it is not too loud, but very noticeable...is that something wrong with the amp section of this klipsch? anyone experienced this before Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
dsteinert Posted January 19, 2004 Share Posted January 19, 2004 I've heard many of the 4.1's have this problem. Mine do the same thing. I've heard solutions ranging from exchanging for a new set, using new (Better cables) and from Klipsch, to replace the control pod under the main speaker. If you're still under warranty, I believe the pod is covered and they'll send you a new one for free. Try emailing tech help or customer service. agentdaffy007 Posted January 22, 2004 Share Posted January 22, 2004 I have the same ghetto problem too. I have 2 control pods and it doesn't matter. It's the amp itself... I've got Monster Cable and it doesn't make a difference... It just sound better but the buzzing noise is still there...
