Hi all

over the weekend I was farting around and decided

to try 2 ea RC-7 centers as front mains. As you know

the RC-7 if turned vertically will be in a MTM

configuration.I didn't turn the tweeter 90 degrees

It can be,but I was astonished at the preformance of a pair of these in this configuration as the left and

right.I didnt have another RC-7 for the center but

what a wow effect.I think that 3 RC-7's in the front would be awesome, can you say seemless. This may be just the ticket for thoes of you with limited floor

space in the front.anyone else consider this?

I may put up a display with 2 of these in a

2 channel system just to show themcwm4.gif

Cheers Ray

I'd love to talk a dealer into letting me take a pair home for an over-night head to head with my klipschorns. If nothing else, it would be fun. But, being poverty stricken and unable to find a belle to anchor my cornerhorns, I am intrigued by the notion of using (eventually) three RC7s with an RSW15. Downside - I'd have to sell the 'horns to swing it.cwm36.gif

A pair of RC7s and a sub couldn't really hang with a pair of klipschorns...could they?

Oh, uh, sorry to hear of your flatulence problem.cwm32.gif

Well, I guess that settles that. I'm sure BobG has heard both. I would have been pretty surprised if they (RC7s and a RSW15) could best a pair of k-horns. Fer cryin' out loud, I've heard $5,400.00 Legacys that couldn't compete with them.
