Zane
We just got a brand spanking new set of Klipsch Promedia 4.1 THX speakers. The only problem is.. they don't power on. I've tried about 6 differant outlets and everything is definately connected properly. So what's the problem? Am I doing something wrong or does Klipsch quality assurance need a kick in the pants? WMcD
Okay, we hear your . . . lack of sound . . . pain. Please do call customer service immediately. The fine folk in Hope will be more than pleased to help. Really. Also, there is a Pro Media section of the bbs. We're the home hi fi section here. However, if the unit doesn't work at all, right out of the box, no need to post frustration. Pick up the phone. They will help you. DwK
Did you push the button? Is the light RED or Yellow? (maby green) If its RED, its NOT ON! If you have a soundblaster, it will be the two outputs, nearest to the Gamepad port. The BEST place for this, is in the Pro Media 4.1 Forums. Thy are very helpful and knowlageable there about the Pro Medias, the guys here, are more into HT setupts. Make sure you have checked all your computer sound settings. Make sure all the wires are connected properly on the back of the sub. if problems presist after that, contact AMY.
