rjb294
A friend of mine just got a 5.1 sound card for his PC. He has the 4.1 klipsch configuration. The sound card has an output for the sub, and the fronts and rears. I am pretty sure that he had the fronts plugged into the sub and he was not using his rears on his old sound card. Does anyone know what ports he needs to plus his speakers into?
iXtreme
Fronts to fronts, rears to rears. The sub takes it's signal from the fronts so the center/sub out on the soundcard will not be needed for the 4.1's. Simple hey?!
doudou
i agree with iXtreme... i used to have 2 promedia 2.1 on a 5.1 sound card, the front on the front, rears on rears, setup the sound card to tell it that you use a 4.1 system and it s ready to work!!!
