sseymour
I just got off the phone with my local dealer. They have one pair in. I get to take a listen in about 2 hours. I can't wait. He also said that his price is too sensitive to be quoted over the phone, but it would be well under $1,600. ------------------ KG-4 Fronts RC-3 Center Infinity Reference 1 Surrounds Sony DB830
HornEd
Say, sseymour, say more as soon as you can. Score another win for North Syracuse... and a continued no contest in Northern California. HornEd
sseymour
They are STRONG. I only had a few minutes to listen. He played them against the RF-3 and a pair of KLF-30s that he had left. I listened to a song by Van Morrison. The voice came through very strongly, the low end was very deep but was not at all overpowering. My KG-4s seem to be a warmer sound. I was suprised by how large they are. I don't know why I was expecting something only a little bit larger than the RF-3 but they are actually about the size of the KLF-30. I am very tempted as he is offerring a great price on all of his Klipsch. i.e. The 30s he is selling for $990. Bottom line is I need to go back when I have more time. BTW, that was my first listen of the 30s as well and I was very impressed. HornEd, your place must rumble, and not from seismographic activity. -Scott ------------------ KG-4 Fronts RC-3 Center Infinity Reference 1 Surrounds Sony DB830
