JohnA
Tom, Your E-mail address failed. Didn't you post an old speaker patent drawing on the Klipsch Forums? If you did, please send me the link to the patent drawing. I want to give it to my sister to use in her science classes. As I remember, it showed a paper cone facing up, driven by a coil with a magnet or field coil sitting under it. The drawing was sepia colored and looked like turn-of-the-century work. TBrennan
John---I think I know what you mean but I can't find it now.
JohnA
It may have been the first patent for a cone loudspeaker. I have an idea for a science lab where the kids go from EM field theory to practical apps like electromagnets and finally a crude speaker; something they use everyday.
