ken kaz Posted September 28, 2004 Share Posted September 28, 2004 I was moving my sw 15 from one part of the room to the other. The rear speaker (i think it is passive) is now dammaged, i think. Sanman023 Posted September 28, 2004 Share Posted September 28, 2004 im assuming its the rsw 15 that youre talking about...the rear woofer is the active one (the power cord/terminals side)...i think you should be fine with a dented dust cap...you can search the forum and find ways of pulling it back out... tpg Posted September 28, 2004 Share Posted September 28, 2004 Whether it was the active or passive, the dust cap being dented wouldn't really hurt it any. It hurts the look... but nothing else. You can pop the dent back out by ever so carefully using a vacuum cleaner on it... supposedly works like a charm.
