unimorpheus
To all Yamaha A/V receiver users: Does anyone know how to set the lowpass crossover frequency for the SUB/LFE line level output on a Yamaha A/V receiver, specifically a RX-V3300? The manual does not cover it and I have not found the setting in the onscreen menu. Thanks in advance.
J.4knee
I have the same receiver and do not have a sub yet but I believe it is fixed at either 80 or 90 HZ. Look in the manual at the LFE operation. I believe you will see if you set your speakers to small all signals below the aforementioned 80 or 90 Hz are sent directly to the LFE sub out. You can also set up to have it go to both MAIN and LFE if you so choose. Set you Mains to large for that.
Q-Man
It's at a fixed 90Hz when speakers are set to small. You don't have any other choices.
