fletcherkane
I have a entry level 5.1 Pioneer amp running my Classic Klipsch HT. (VSX-D411) (Sacrilege I know!) I am looking for a good amp at $500 dollars or less that might do a better job. Forte's in fronts, KG 2.2's in rear, MTX sub, looking to replace my center too, which is a cheapy horn loaded Pioneer. Any thoughts?
MrMcGoo
Take a look at the Pioneer 1014TX. It has a lot of bang for the buck. It is a knock off of the Pioneer Elite VSX-52TX. It is available fron OneCall.com for $449. Best Buy has it as well. Bill
78Khorn
I got a 1014tx from Harmony Computers for $405. That include 3-day shipping by UPS. I ordered on a Saturday and they shipped it on Monday. It was on my doorstep Thursday from New York to Washington State. Warranty card included. myriadcorp
I purchased my Marantz MM9000 5 channel 150rms amp on ebay for $500. You may want to take a look at ebay and see what deals you can find. Its a THX Ultra rated amp. Works very good and I cant complain.
dougdrake
So you're looking for a receiver, eh? Check out the Denon line, as well as HK. I think you'll find some good quality stuff in that price range that mates well with Klipsch!
