ben. Posted December 22, 2004 Share Posted December 22, 2004 Heard on the radio that Son Seals finally gave in to the diabetes that took his leg several years ago. His last performance was in October, I guess. His gruffly aggressive guitar and vocal style was consistently distinctive. Too bad, as I was just starting to get into him. Now it will be another artist that I can only explore on a historical basis. Hope he's having fun with that "Funky *****" in the sky...
