Moderators Amy Posted January 14, 2005 Moderators Share Posted January 14, 2005 If you want a new one, we do sell them in our webstore. It is the CP-1, the last item in our parts list.

craftsman
Sam, Chances are that the volume control has some dust in it. Please do a search in ths forum on the subject - there has been several threads on how to fix this problem...

Doesn't seem like dust could get in there, and if it did I don't know how one would get it out.

sam1907
tat's wat i'm afraid of.. coz i'm fr Malaysia. and afraid later after i already purchased the item .. it can't work.... not sure if it's only the volume control pod which is faulty or the subwoofer also might b at fault here. btw u guys .. wat do u'll think abt the quintets ? wat's the diff between the quintets and the quintet2 ? thanks Sam
craftsman
They look like they are sealed but they are not. The cleaning fluid goes right in there and fixes everything right up...
craftsman
Best to ask Klipsch if you're not sure. But I believe that all 4.1s have the same connections for the Control Pods.
