Northshore
Looking for advice on an IR dimmer for the lighting in the theater. I am a big fan of Lutron and it has been recommended to me that the Spacer series dimmer is the way to go. I also have seen the Maestro series and was wondering about that one as well. The goal is to have the dimmer communicate with the Theater Master control.
picky
Lutron makes nice stuff. I went with Lightolier and I am extremely happy with it. My Phillips Pronto remote has no trouble communicating with the system via IR. Other learning remotes will work too. There's also the credit card remote available through Lightolier. Their PLC line is fairly affordable and easy to install. It stores 4 user pre-set lighting scenes all accessible via the remote. http://www.lolcontrols.com/ Available through: http://www.worthdist.com/
