I can think of a couple of models with the Mk. 3 designation (HW-19, TNT). If the TT is a TNT in good shape - then its a great deal. If the HW-19, then I think $1300 is a bit on the high side as the Mk. 3 version is a few years old and can be found for @$500. The ET-2 arm is a linear tracker that works well with many non-suspended TT. Its a bear to set up and a few reviews suggest it has less than stellar bass but still, a very nice arm. The arm retails for @$2K but you can find them used for as little as $400. Models with better air pumps and all the set up tools can fetch in the neighborhood of $750.
