Subwoofer Connections

I have a SW-15 powered sub that has both left and right line level inputs. My surround receiver has only one sub line output. Should I run the line into the left sub woofer input only (which works) or use a 'Y' to connect to both sub inputs?

Either way works. But I would save your money and only hook it

up to the left input.

Yes and NO,

Using a Y adapter will give you more output but not more MAX OUTPUT.Maximum output will remain the same,in the end you will use a few dB's less boost on the pre/pro or lower the gain on the sub.
