bmilbrandt
Ok, so I've read a ton of great reviews on the Klipsch THX Ultra 2 system. In fact, I currently have the two THX subs and amp in my system along with my M&K's - and they are indeed awesome, for both movies and music. So, those of you out there that have heard the THX Ultra 2 system, how do you think they compare to the M&K S-150 THX system? These would be for a dedicated theater, with probably 75% movies (and concert DVD's) and 25% music. Processor is the Lexicon MC-12 and Parasound amplification all around (HCA-2205AT and HCA-2003A). I'm thinking of making the complete switch to the Klipsch THX, but want some more input. Thanks.
IndyKlipschFan
Wow that is a toughy.. I also have the THX subs and Klipsch Amp controller. I will go between LaScalas and Cornwalls in a 7.1 system in my basement being built as we speak. M&K makes good speakers.. This is one of those your going on what YOU like beyond the Klipsch or M&K hype. Your going to get a wonderful system either way. My hunch is if you like that "KLIPSCH" sound.. yes you probabaly would love the 650's in the front and rears (keep them the same...) and the side surrounds too.
