[H]The rf 7's have been around for a few years now and I am wondering wheither Klipsch are soon to introduce a new series around the same price range. If so I'll hang off buying the 7's and wait to compare. If not I'll buy a pair very soon.I currently have a Denon AVC A11 sr amp,Toshiba SDK 350 dvd player and a pair of Yamaha NS1000 M speakers with a Velodyne HGS 18. My enjoyment comes from music much ,much more than from movies. Is Kimber cable the way to go for speaker wire with the RF 7's and if I chose to in the future buy a 5 channel power amp what is recommended for good clean grunt with detail for music?I like a forward midrange and a shimmering topend.I am a first timer on this or any forum and any advice would be most welcome

Wow,

Lots of questions...[:)]

A couple months ago I wondered the same thing about a new model of speakers and I wound up buying them anyway.

Surf around on the forum and check the archives and you will read about Tubes, Rotel, Crown AND many, many other brands that people are very happy with.

.........Welcome to the Klipsch Forum.

well klipsch will be bringing out the premiere system sometime in the future - it was supposed to

be this fall, but it's been put on hold because they wanted it to be a

no compromise system. If your main interest is in movies, then I would

suggest you take a look at the THX Ultra 2 lineup - which I feel is

even better for music too (though many disagree).

And do forget the new heritage series - the cornwall III might be coming out shortly as well.
