Will my Cornwalls effect a Plasma or SXRD Projection TV?

Hi,

I'm looking at getting a 50" Plasma (Panasonic TH50PX50U or Philips

50PF7320A/37) or the new rear projection Sony KDS-R50XBR1 SXRD 50"

1080p. My Cornwalls might end up being less than a foot away from the

screen, although the bottom of the screen will be probably be 2ft off

the floor. Just curious if the magnetic field has an effect on any of

these types of displays?

Thanks,

Thanks ironwoods,

SXRD is Silicon X-tal Reflective Display. It's Sony's new

supposedly 1080p compatible Rear Projection but the more I read about

it the less it sounds like it ever play 1080p not over HDMI

anyway. I've seen it once and it does a nice picture but it's

pricey at $4K for 50". The more I read here and over AV forums

the more it sounds like I shouldn't really be concerned with 1080p for

a while. I'm still stuck between Plasma and RP DLP. I was just

checking out Mitsubishi's line-up and it's impressive.

Thanks again,
