Rick
I picked this up last week and watched it last night. For a recording made in '81 the sound is very good. I found that I had to turn up my sub a little though as the bass was a little weak. But the performances are very good with a nice drum solo by Steve Smith and a guitar solo by Neal Schon. I think Neal is one of the greatest guitar players of his generation and perhaps somewhat underappreciated. Anyhow fans of Journey and classic rock should definitly check this out. Crank it up and take youself back to 1981!!!
toddvj
I've heard other people say that about Neal Schon before. The big question, is Randy Jackson from American Idol on stage with the band? Yo Dog!
SteelerFan
I ran across that one in BB the other day and was tempted. I already had the new Cream and the Audioslave DVD's in hand so I left it there. I'll get it one day. I'm greatful for the review however.[]
Rick
No that was pre-Randy Jackson. Ross Valory, the original bassist was still with them.
