vman71
I've de-soldered the parts that are going to be replaced. Is there any polarity that I need to observe when soldering in the new parts? There isn't anything that I can see on the PCB to tell me which hole would be the "+" and the "-". Also, the parts don't have the "+" and "-" labels (like batteries). Thanks again for the help. Mike
vman71
One other thing. I noticed that two caps I removed were 2uF-250V and on the recommended parts list (what I ended up ordering) was 2uF-200V caps. Should I get the same value caps and return the 200V caps? Or does it not make a difference? Thanks, Mike
popbumper
Mike: 1) Correct - no polarity 2) 200V rating should be fine - these caps never see 200V Chris
vman71
Chris, Thanks for reply. Now I can goto work and get these speakers back in business. Mike

Jitze
I modded some heresy's by changing all small caps to Mundorf Mcap supreme - a bit expensive, but beautiful - and very important changed also the 68mu over the woofer for a cheaper Mcap, don't forget this one..............
