Fabioo7
Its wierd, when the power button is off u can clearly hear very low sound coming out from all the speakers when i play music from winamp... and this at all volume level!!! Is it a problem or it's just normal?? Thanks in advance for your replys...
Bigfootedman
There is a chance that your speakers could be picking up radio broadcasts, although I could be completely wrong too. ------------------ Promedia 2.1's shizzle my nizzle! Fabioo7
No they're not picking up any radio broadcasts. In fact they play out any sound coming from my soundcard such as games or music from cds and winamp!!! And with the power button on the control pod at off, the light is red!! My 4.1 are new it's been only 6 month since i bought them. What tech support thinks about this... I'm sure i played music before when they were off and no soud was coming out. akelsall
Ill help you out here. If I am wrong, Tech pleas tell me. Now, in the 4-200 (the earlier version of the 4.1) they said that you can just turn the volume down to the lowest setting and leave them for considerable time because they use so little power at that setting. Now I may be wrong and I am just guessing here, but I think that the on/off button is just a sort of "mute" button or something. Sound is also outputted through my speakers when I have the on standby, but it doesn't bother me.
