What size should the HT room be?

I am looking at room demensions here with an 8 ft screen size. We can look into eqipment at another post and argue among ourselves.( LOL I am a Heritage lover, but again that is another topic/post.)

This should be for home family use mainly, ok maybe occasional guests...looking at say 8 custom theatre chairs...or four chairs and a couch set up. (Figuring your the ones getting the most out of it 2 adults 2 kids)

Any room plans anyone else has used, please post with what you liked/disliked or wished you had done different.
