robster Posted February 24, 2006 Share Posted February 24, 2006 I bought a matched quad of Ei KT-90's type 2's off Ebay,well 2-quads,one as a spare. They arrived today. Type 2's are the better made ones. These are doing great so far. Sound is great! deeper bass,sweeter highs and the mids are more plush.Overall richer sound. Before I was using EH kt-88's ,the Ei's type 2's don't blow the EH's out of the water but they are a very nice improvement.
